MIRTEC Corp Wins a 2011 Service Excellence Award

OXFORD, CT — MIRTEC Corp, the AOI market leader in North America, announces that it has been awarded a 2011 Circuits Assembly Service Excellence Award in the category of Electronics Suppliers — Test and Inspection.

Circuits Assembly Editor-in-Chief Mike Buetow presented the award to MIRTEC Corp. during a Tuesday, April 12, 2011 reception that took place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas on the 1st day of APEX.

The 19th annual Service Excellence Awards present awards to EMS providers, and equipment and software suppliers. The awards honor companies in the manufacturing industry that exceed expectations in customer service.

For the awards, companies are rated on a scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (superior) in five service categories: dependability; ease of use; responsiveness; technology; and value for price.

Sponsored by Circuits Assembly, the Service Excellence Awards (SEAs) for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Providers and Electronics Assembly Suppliers honor companies excelling in the crucial area of customer service. The program, now in its 19th year, functions as a way for participants to see how they compare to peers in customer satisfaction.
